Responsibilities
- Strategic marketing programs to attract new patients, retain existing ones, and grow service lines through integrated campaigns.
- Cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and align marketing with organizational priorities.
- Data-informed planning by leveraging market intelligence, patient trends, and competitive insights to shape strategy and improve campaign performance.
- Paid media leadership for planning and execution across search, display, audio, and out-of-home channels, excluding paid social.
- Budget and vendor management to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment while monitoring campaign results.
- CRM-driven outreach oversight using text, email, and related channels to support patient access and utilization.
- Targeted messaging and campaigns designed to boost engagement, response rates, and conversions.
- Cross-department alignment to ensure marketing efforts meet operational capacity and patient experience goals.
- Stakeholder influence through data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and clear communication.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Five or more years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, brand management, or growth marketing roles.
