Job Description
This onsite role is based in New York, NY, with a salary range of USD 130,000 - 185,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Create authentic, creative marketing plans and campaigns that address business needs while energizing the partner and delivery community.
- Pioneer bold experimentation in storytelling and communications to inform and inspire both internal teams and external audiences.
- Lead interviews, focus groups, and message testing, weaving voice of the customer data (qualitative and quantitative) into channel and content strategies.
- Define the DSP brand north star and develop a clear roadmap.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal creative teams to produce compelling content.
- Spot emerging topics and craft proactive plans with stakeholders.
- Identify pivotal moments to time campaigns that reach customers where they are in their delivery journey for Amazon.
- Track campaign performance and report results to leadership.
Requirements
- A minimum of eight years of full-time marketing experience.
- Proven track record in designing, launching, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Background in marketing or marketing research.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and metrics to drive improvements.
