Spanish Speaking Personal Trainer / Marketing Person

A progressive integrated healthcare clinic in Dallas, TX is hiring a part-time to full-time team member for an in-person role supporting physical medicine and rehabilitation services. This position blends front-line patient support with outreach, so Spanish-speaking communication, a friendly professional presence, and an interest in exercise are central to day-to-day work.

You’ll help market the clinic’s medical doctors one day per week, while also stepping into a practical support role that includes medical assisting and assisting patients with their rehabilitation programs. The employer is a team that includes a chiropractor and a family nurse practitioner, and the role is designed for someone who enjoys working with people and building trust quickly.

Role Details

• Location: Dallas, TX (onsite, in person)
• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
• Minimum availability: 3 days per week
• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Education: Bachelor’s degree recommended, not required
• Language requirement: Good Spanish speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing support: Market medical doctors for a physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic (marketing one day a week)
• Medical assistant duties: Support clinic operations as a medical assistant
• Patient rehabilitation: Work directly with patients on their rehabilitation programs
