Sales & Marketing Coordinator

WolfPoint Group, LLC is hiring an entry-level Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support client and vendor programs from the moment products enter the channel through to their exit. Based in Edina, MN, this onsite role helps coordinate activities that support online and shelf placement and drive retail sales, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

This is a full-time, salaried position designed around a generally 9-to-5, M-F, in-office schedule, with flexible aspects for personal appointments and potential weather-related impacts.

What You’ll Do

• Support vendor onboarding and manage individual product set-ups, including content and pricing upkeep.
• Update weekly sales reports and maintain clear meeting documentation through recaps and action registers.
• Complete competitive shops using basic quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Manage vendor access to retailer portals.
• Assist with basic order management, maintain sales reporting with basic analysis, and support promotional execution.
• Create and follow up on a promotional calendar.
• Help complete monthly marketing program reconciliation.
• Provide client and customer meeting support as needed.
• Provide office administrative support and assist with special projects when required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree (priority given to Business, Supply Chain or Retail Management, or a related field).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is USD 45,000 - 55,000 per year. Compensation package includes bonus opportunities.
