Sales & Marketing Attendant

Central Maine Motors Auto Group is hiring a full-time Sales & Marketing Attendant at its Chrysler dealership in Waterville, ME (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Photograph all new and used vehicles and video the oldest vehicles on the lot for marketing
• Merchandise inventory and maintain vehicle lineup for marketing needs
• Maintain lot presentation: ensure vehicles are properly displayed, certification and sales tags are visible, and there are no holes on the line
• Rotate vehicles and use the key track system to support tracking
• Secure and lock vehicles after use
• Greet customers and refer them to salespeople when no one is assisting (Eye in the sky)
• Select vehicles for showroom display and support showroom presentation
• Support inventory control by collecting stock numbers from the back line
• Perform inventory audits
• Attend sales training and market products at trade shows
• Ensure dealership showroom and outside lot are presentable: debris/trash-free areas, filled holes, updated tags, used car buyer guides hung, fueling and cleaning as needed, and certified vehicles tagged and secured
• Keep showroom signs and literature up to date and file new car packets
• Maintain showroom floor cleanliness: straighten the coffee station, dust showroom vehicles, update signs and literature, and file new car packets
• Help prepare vehicles for delivery, including fueling and cleaning
• Shuttle vehicles and staff to and from the reconditioning center
• Learn and apply technology for photography and videos, plus vehicle securing processes
• Learn the sales delivery process and product knowledge
• Assist with snow removal during winter months

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing effectively
• Valid driver’s license (required)
