Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans to promote broadband, fiber, internet, VoIP, and IoT solutions.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaigns across digital channels, paid advertising, and community outreach, with measurement and optimization.
- Track market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven culture focused on growth and performance.
- Align messaging and the customer experience by partnering with operations, customer service, and technical teams.
- Oversee CRM and lead-tracking processes to ensure pipeline visibility and timely follow-up.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure branding remains consistent across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors on promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and allocation for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally at community events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Support initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles with measurable results.
- Proven track record planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of telecommunications, broadband, VoIP, and IoT markets and customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
- Strong ability to analyze data and track performance to optimize strategies.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- People leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
