Retail Marketing Representative

Renewal by Andersen - The Birner Group is hiring full-time Retail Marketing Representatives in Hershey, PA (onsite). In this role, you represent the brand at community events and retail locations by engaging with attendees, identifying needs, and helping connect interested homeowners with the Sales team.

Role Overview

Retail Marketing Representatives interact directly with attendees in a friendly, natural manner, support lead generation through conversation, and invite homeowners to participate in giveaways and learn more. You will also coordinate free in-home consultations with the Sales team and assist with event presence by setting up and breaking down displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach attendees and start conversations in a friendly, natural way.
• Ask thoughtful questions and listen to homeowners’ window and door needs.
• Invite interested homeowners to enter giveaways and learn more.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen by sharing product and service information confidently.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with the Sales team.
• Help with event display setup and breakdown, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, with comfort talking with people being essential.
• Weekends are required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and reliable mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for event setup.

Compensation

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (USD).

Schedule and Work Location

• Location: In person (onsite).
