Job Description

Warner Bros. Discovery offers an opportunity to shape how video and display ads connect with audiences across linear, streaming, and digital channels. Based onsite in New York, you will collaborate across teams to drive data driven go-to-market materials, thought leadership, and market leading ad solutions that position WBD at the forefront of the digital advertising landscape.

Compensation

Pay range: $59,241.00 - $110,019.00 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of innovative go-to-market materials for video and display solutions across linear, streaming, and digital platforms, guided by a data driven strategy.
  • Drive the adoption of data driven video and display approaches, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and promote first-to-market capabilities in Ad Solutions to position WBD as an industry pioneer.
  • Direct thought leadership and communications that showcase our end-to-end approach to custom video and display offerings.
  • Craft compelling narratives and value propositions for diverse audiences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute cohesive, creative marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain case studies and marketing assets that clearly illustrate our success.
  • Simplify complex technology and media concepts for internal and external partners.
  • Stay current with industry trends and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Lead complex projects with creative direction and effective project management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop creative marketing materials and strategies for complex concepts.
  • Strong creative writing and communication skills for narrative building and thought leadership.
  • Proven ability to independently build relationships, influence others, and resolve challenges with internal and external teams.
  • Expertise in digital, social, TV advertising, and emerging media trends.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools with a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Passion for media, technology, and the ad tech industry with a creative, strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects independently.
