Pharmacy Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Join Oneiro Pharmacy Group in Sacramento as a Pharmacy Marketing Coordinator. This onsite, full-time role focuses on selling Long-Term Care Pharmacy services to facilities, building strong connections with administrators and healthcare providers, and expanding the business across your assigned territory. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 to $70,000 per year, plus a monthly performance bonus, and access to ongoing training and professional development within a collaborative, service-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and secure new Long-Term Care Pharmacy services with prospective facilities
- Foster positive business relationships with healthcare providers and facility administrators
- Engage in cold calls, warm calls, and in-person visits to generate opportunities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to care homes and healthcare facilities
- Coordinate sales efforts with pharmacy operations and management teams
- Analyze market opportunities and identify areas for growth
- Prepare reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities
- Collaborate with physician offices to educate patients and providers about pharmacy services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage key accounts
Requirements
- Willingness to commute and travel daily throughout the assigned territory
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Previous sales experience required
- Pharmacy industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care Pharmacy services
- Understanding of SNFs, ICFs, ARFs, RCFE, Group Homes, and Family Homes operations
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales goals

Performance Expectations
- Achieve a minimum of 50 new facility beds per month to qualify for bonus incentives
- Target 60 plus beds per month during the first six months
- Maintain and grow monthly sales targets aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
