American Hero Towing is hiring a part-time Marketing & Business Development Representative in Grand Rapids, MI. This hands-on role centers on face-to-face outreach across the local community, with the goal of strengthening referral relationships with nearby businesses.

Day to day, you will visit local establishments, introduce American Hero Towing and its towing services, and keep conversations moving through professional follow-up. The focus is on building a dependable referral network while representing the company in a friendly and reliable way.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local auto repair shops, body shops, dealerships, gas stations, tire shops, and other businesses
• Introduce American Hero Towing and explain the towing services offered
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local businesses
• Leave business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials
• Follow up with businesses and maintain ongoing relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow the local referral network
• Represent American Hero Towing in a professional and friendly manner
