Marketing Sales Representative

Build your sales career in outside digital marketing with American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C. This onsite role in Saint Charles, MO pairs in-person client meetings with hands-on coaching in a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor. You will present AMP’s advertising programs, strengthen relationships with local small business owners, and earn uncapped commissions, with first-year on-target earnings of $60K–$70K.

Responsibilities

• Visit small business owners in person and introduce marketing solutions designed to drive more customers
• Present and sell AMP’s industry-leading advertising programs
• Develop through hands-on training, supported by teammates and managers
• Build strong relationships, celebrate wins, and perform in a high-energy sales floor environment

Requirements

Compensation & Growth

Base salary is USD 60,000–70,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions. The role is built around skill-building, direct client engagement, and continuous development through supportive training.
