Marketing Sales Representative

Join American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C as an outside sales Digital Marketing Sales Representative in Chillicothe, OH (onsite). This role pairs a structured selling process with hands-on training, mentorship, and supportive teammates and managers, helping you build skills while selling advertising programs to small business owners. With first-year on-target earnings of $60K–$70K, you will have a clear path to impact and growth in a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Visit small business owners in person and introduce marketing solutions designed to help them drive more customers
• Present and sell industry-leading advertising programs
• Learn through hands-on training alongside supportive teammates and managers
• Build relationships with business owners and celebrate wins in a collaborative, high-energy sales setting

Training, support, and compensation

You will receive paid training and mentorship, along with professional development opportunities to help you succeed. The salary range for this position is USD 60,000 - 70,000 per year, with first-year on-target earnings of $60K–$70K.
