Job Description

Join American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C as an outside sales Digital Marketing Sales Representative in Chillicothe, OH (onsite). This role pairs a structured selling process with hands-on training, mentorship, and supportive teammates and managers, helping you build skills while selling advertising programs to small business owners. With first-year on-target earnings of $60K–$70K, you will have a clear path to impact and growth in a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor environment.

What you’ll be doing

Visit small business owners in person and introduce marketing solutions designed to help them drive more customers
Present and sell industry-leading advertising programs
Learn through hands-on training alongside supportive teammates and managers
Build relationships with business owners and celebrate wins in a collaborative, high-energy sales setting

Training, support, and compensation
