Marketing & Promotions Assistant

Synaptic Events is hiring a Marketing & Promotions Assistant to help run retail marketing initiatives and brand programs across partnered locations in Independence, OH (onsite). In this full-time, in-person role, you will support promotional execution, coordinate in-store displays, and interact with customers to share campaign details while tracking daily activity and performance metrics.

What you’ll do

• Support sales efforts by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with the setup and coordination of in-store marketing displays at retail locations.
• Support promotional activities while helping ensure accurate brand representation.
• Provide customers with information on current campaigns and featured products.
• Help track performance metrics and document daily activity.
• Maintain organized promotional materials and support a professional workplace presentation.
• Work closely with management to support brand and retail objectives.

Pay and benefits

Salary: USD 46,213 - 52,043 per year (listed as $46,213.32 - $52,043.61).
