Job Description

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Officer - Media to join its San Antonio team. Based at the San Antonio Administrative Service Center in Live Oak, TX, this hybrid role reports to the Media Manager and focuses on developing promotions and campaigns across multiple channels to grow membership and expand product and service penetration. The position blends creative project leadership with cross-functional collaboration to support branch goals and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives that help branches and departments meet their strategic objectives.
  • Design and deploy creative marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to guide projects from concept through execution.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with internal departments, designers, vendors, and media partners to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Oversee marketing efforts for defined branches, driving membership growth and deeper product uptake through targeted initiatives.
  • Maintain clear, ongoing communications with members and staff during campaigns to maximize awareness.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analysis team to research market conditions, current trends, and campaign outcomes.
  • Oversee the review process and perform thorough proofreading and copyediting to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • At least three years of marketing experience
  • Willingness to commute to 1 IKEA-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233, with a hybrid schedule
  • Proven ability to manage projects and programs
  • Capacity to operate effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with traditional and digital media channels; understanding of media terms and placements
  • Strong organizational and professional communication skills to manage relationships with media vendors and internal teams
  • Attention to detail for monitoring campaign timelines, trafficking creative assets and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel for tracking media buys and budgets
  • Detail-oriented and organized for managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
