Marketing Manager

Renaissance Marine Group is hiring a Marketing Manager onsite in Lewiston, ID (Clarkston, WA relocation required) to help elevate the Duckworth and Weldcraft brands, expand market presence, and support sales growth. You will own multi-channel marketing efforts, brand management, content creation, and customer or dealer engagement activities.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and boat show marketing
• Manage and strengthen the Duckworth and Weldcraft brands
• Create, develop, edit, and publish marketing content across websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, video channels, and other digital platforms
• Produce sales collateral including brochures, catalogs, presentations, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Track and evaluate marketing performance and ROI
• Support dealer meetings, brand ambassadors, customer events, and promotional activities with marketing materials and presentations
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and dealer network to support sales initiatives, lead generation, and marketing content from brand ambassadors

What you bring

• 5–10+ years of marketing, communications, or brand management experience
• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong project management, communication, writing, and vendor management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to travel periodically
• Strong creative and strategic marketing mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create compelling brand experiences
• Interest in and/or passion for production and manufacturing
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Compensation and benefits

Salary: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
