Job Description

Renaissance Marine Group is hiring a Marketing Manager onsite in Lewiston, ID (Clarkston, WA relocation required) to help elevate the Duckworth and Weldcraft brands, expand market presence, and support sales growth. You will own multi-channel marketing efforts, brand management, content creation, and customer or dealer engagement activities.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and boat show marketing
Manage and strengthen the Duckworth and Weldcraft brands
Create, develop, edit, and publish marketing content across websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, video channels, and other digital platforms
Produce sales collateral including brochures, catalogs, presentations, and promotional materials
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Track and evaluate marketing performance and ROI
Support dealer meetings, brand ambassadors, customer events, and promotional activities with marketing materials and presentations
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and dealer network to support sales initiatives, lead generation, and marketing content from brand ambassadors

What you bring

5–10+ years of marketing, communications, or brand management experience
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong project management, communication, writing, and vendor management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to travel periodically
Strong creative and strategic marketing mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to create compelling brand experiences
Interest in and/or passion for production and manufacturing
Enthusiastic, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Strategic thinker with ability to execute
High integrity and accountability
Organized with strong time management skills

Compensation and benefits

Salary: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
