Job Description

The Marketing and Communications Manager for the OASIS Institute, within BJC HealthCare, leads branding, outreach, and donor engagement on national and local levels. This role reports to the Director of Communications and Technology and is based in Saint Ann, MO with a hybrid work arrangement. The position offers a yearly salary range of USD 52,083 to 84,822 and requires a minimum of five years of related experience along with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Guide staff in developing strategies and messaging for marketing communications to boost program participation and donor support.
  • Conduct audience research to evaluate messaging effectiveness and marketing tactics.
  • Publish and maintain brand marketing guidelines.
  • Oversee vendors and internal teams in producing communications such as print materials, direct mail, presentations, advertising, online content, and email campaigns.
  • Provide graphic design support for national and local OASIS programs.
  • Generate ideas for feature articles, interviews, and other publicity opportunities.
  • Manage media relations efforts to publicize OASIS.
  • Develop and oversee content marketing strategy.
  • Cultivate and coach staff and volunteers to contribute high-quality content aligned with the strategy.
  • Oversee updates to online communications including the website, blogs and social media platforms.
  • Ensure new information is posted regularly across channels.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond as appropriate.
  • Develop and execute project plans and manage team project activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Related fields: Communications, Nursing, or related disciplines
  • Experience range: 5-10 years
  • Alternative experience range: less than 2 years
  • Master's Degree
  • Experience range: 2-5 years
