Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator

Marketing and Client Relations Coordinator position at Geske Home Improvement, onsite in Marshall, MN.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line for Geske Home Improvement, greeting visitors, answering calls, and establishing a five-star customer experience.
• Schedule appointments and facilitate communication among customers, the sales team, and installation crews.
• Assist the Office Manager to maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment aligned with the company values.
• Support scheduling, filing, and document organization tasks.
• Oversee office supplies, mail processing, and digital records.
• Assist with preparing job files, permits, and related paperwork as needed.
• Maintain cross-departmental communication to keep projects on track.
• Support marketing efforts including social media posts, email campaigns, community promotions, and direct mailers.
• Leverage AI and other creative tools to generate engaging posts and marketing ideas.
• Assist with maintaining online listings, gathering customer reviews, and increasing local brand awareness.
• Contribute ideas to enhance our community presence and customer engagement.
• Support management of third-party vendors contributing to marketing efforts.

Requirements

• A genuine people-person who is friendly, confident, and caring.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn marketing basics such as social media, branding, and light content creation.
• Prior experience in administration, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.
• Full-time availability during standard business hours.
