Marketing Associate

Uline is seeking a Marketing Associate in Pleasant Prairie, WI to help shape marketing strategy through ongoing review of customer input and competitor activity. This onsite role supports product development efforts and requires close coordination across multiple internal teams.

Role Overview

In this position, you monitor customer feedback and competitor trends to inform sourcing and product selection. You also help build vendor relationships and coordinate with Uline teams, contributing to the quality of products offered and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing of new products by reviewing customer feedback, returns, and competitor product offerings.
• Contribute to company growth by developing and selecting quality products Uline sells.
• Build strong vendor relationships and collaborate with partners to resolve issues.
• Travel to vendors to review manufacturing processes and identify innovative products.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Quality, Inventory Management, and Creative.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel to tradeshows and vendors.
