Marketing Associate

ACRE Windows & Doors is hiring a part-time Marketing Associate to represent the company at local weekend community events. This onsite role focuses on meeting event attendees, learning their window and door needs, and encouraging them to set up free in-home consultations.

Training is company paid and must begin the week of August 31st, with the first scheduled event on the weekend immediately after Labor Day: 9/12 & 9/13. The position is designed for someone who can commit to weekends during busy fall season while supporting events closest to where you live.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the booth for each event.
• Engage with attendees, invite them to learn about ACRE’s window and door products, and ask about their needs.
• Schedule free, no-obligation in-home consultations and provide a 30% off coupon for attending.
• Transport a small set of booth supplies (travel compensation provided).

Schedule & Time Commitment

• Average 14-18 hours per week.
• Work every weekend every month (except major holidays, when you will be off).
• In September (starting with 9/12 & 9/13) and October (Fall is the busiest season), you must be available to cover every Saturday & Sunday.
• After that, having an occasional weekend off is OK.

Compensation

• Starts at $15 per hour (USD).
• Opportunity to earn daily bonuses at each event.

Required Qualifications

• Available to start training (company paid) by the week of August 31st.
• Available for the first event on 9/12 & 9/13, the weekend immediately after Labor Day.
• Available to work every weekend starting with 9/12 & 9/13 weekend.
• Own a reliable vehicle and hold a Driver’s License (required).
• Willing to travel up to one hour to a community event on a weekend; most events are typically within about 30 minutes of where you live and events will be assigned closest to you.
