This entry-level Marketing Assistant role supports Marketing Operations for North America Displays, assisting with planning, setup, and management of standard and customer-specific displays from initiation through completion.

Salary: USD 59,000 to USD 79,000 per year

Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant, Marketing Operations – North America Displays is an entry level position that assists the Marketing Operations manager with standard and customer-specific displays, setting up the displays in the system and managing each display project to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversees display requests submitted by the Commercial Sales team through the workflow tool.
• Coordinates new display setup within the system from initiation to project completion.
• Owns the creation, processing, and reconciliation of purchase orders for the team.
• Collaborates across functions to project manage the execution of standard and customer-specific displays, including cost estimation and delivery timeline management.
• Leads, manages, tracks, and reconciles purchase orders for the entire team.
• Assists with evaluating the display portfolio each year and makes recommendations for discontinuations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Works well in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of the North America retail landscape

Total Rewards Package

The salary range for this position is USD 59,000.00 per year to USD 79,000.00 per year. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
