Job Description

Brooke Marketing LLC seeks a Marketing and Business Development professional to drive growth in the personal injury sector across Greensboro and Raleigh, NC. This onsite role centers on expanding referral networks with personal injury law firms and promoting multidisciplinary medical facilities, backed by in-person attorney visits and market intelligence to boost patient referrals. Compensation ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with personal injury attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and other legal professionals.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to law offices throughout Greensboro and surrounding markets.
  • Present the benefits and services of our multidisciplinary medical facilities to attorneys and their staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships within the personal injury community.
  • Execute marketing initiatives designed to increase patient referrals and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Attend networking events, legal association meetings, and community functions to promote company services.
  • Maintain accurate records of attorney contacts, referral activities, and business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop growth strategies and achieve referral goals.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence regarding competitors, attorney needs, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury marketing, legal marketing, case management, medical marketing, or a related personal injury field.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury cases, treatment processes, and attorney-client relationships.
  • Existing relationships within the Greensboro-area personal injury legal community are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of generating referrals and growing business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
