Marketing Ambassador

This onsite role includes paid training, flexible scheduling, and compensation that starts at $20+ per hour with commission.

What you’ll do

As a Marketing Ambassador, you’ll represent a respected national brand at retail locations and community events across the region. You’ll share complimentary product information with homeowners in Central PA. This is no-pressure engagement focused on providing information, not hard selling.

Compensation and benefits

Your pay starts at $20+ per hour (base rate plus commission), with travel support when your workday requires it. You’ll also receive a full benefits package.

Schedule and travel expectations

This is a full-time position based in Central Pennsylvania. You will travel to various retail locations and events throughout the region. Team members must be available evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling options available.

• Availability during evenings and weekends
• Travel to retail stores and events across Central Pennsylvania
• Comfort commuting up to 1–2 hours from home
• Mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles round trip in a single day

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Friendly, outgoing attitude and enjoyment of talking with others
• Self-motivated with pride in your work
• No prior experience required because the role includes complete training
