Manager, Influencer Marketing
Job Description
Dentsu’s influencer marketing practice in New York invites a Manager to steer influencer programs from strategy through delivery in a hybrid work environment. This role blends meticulous project management with strong relationship-building for creators and clients, operating within a growth-forward, people-first culture. The position offers a salary in the range of USD 51,000 to 75,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing in shaping influencer strategies across multiple clients and categories.
- Own the development, delivery, and presentation of influencer partner recommendations, campaign briefs, and messaging.
- Assist with forecasting the impact of campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencer partners to deliver timely, high-quality content that drives client results.
- Develop project timelines and ensure clear communication to internal teams and influencers.
- Navigate influencer negotiations to secure financially sound partnerships with creators.
- Support the Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing with influencer communications and contracting with talent and their representatives.
- Track campaign progress and report updates to your people leader and clients.
- Manage influencer out-of-pocket budgets and report to leadership to support financial goals.
- Oversee influencer invoicing and billing processes.
- Support client goals by ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of all contracted content.
- Recommend campaign content and optimization ideas throughout projects.
- Assist with data analysis and present campaign results to clients.
- Manage campaigns in the Creator IQ platform.
- Apply best practices and ensure compliance with client and FTC guidelines.
- Act as a quality-control lens for all client-facing deliverables.
- Participate in new business pitches upon request.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of applicable experience; agency background preferred.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with influencer management platforms such as Creator IQ, Captiv8, or similar.
- Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience or interest in mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize large amounts of information and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and personal accountability.
- Team- and people-focused attitude.
- Eagerness to learn from colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Comfort working in a remote environment.
