Lead Generator/Marketing Representative (Part-time)

Bath Fitter is seeking a part-time Lead Generator/Marketing Representative to promote Bath Fitter products and services and to book qualified appointments with prospective customers. This onsite role is based in Toms River, NJ, and offers a starting wage of $20 per hour with weekend flexibility within a part-time schedule. The position centers on engaging conversations, delivering product knowledge, and driving qualified appointments while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

• Engage with a broad range of people in a friendly, approachable manner
• Set and confirm qualified appointments
• Meet or exceed appointment targets in line with system guidelines
• Provide every prospect and customer with extensive product knowledge, awareness of competitive products, empathy, and world-class service
