Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and mentor Appointment Setters
- Establish daily and weekly targets and monitor progress
- Coach communication skills and field execution
- Coordinate schedules and territory assignments
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing
- A competitive, results-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Door-to-door experience of 2 years (Required)
- Sales experience of at least 1 year (Required)
- Valid driver's license (Required)
