Field Growth & Customer Experience Marketing Specialist

This role supports regional marketing leadership and partners with field teams to execute customer experience and growth initiatives for Aramark Refreshments across assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Support field execution of programming across Office Coffee Services, Vending, Amenity Snack & Go, and Micromarkets to ensure merchandising standards and proper planogram implementation at client sites.
• Implement national marketing initiatives and build local promotional calendars for client sites.
• Coordinate with field teams to deploy new product innovation opportunities at both new and existing client sites.
• Assist with oversight and implementation of internal national and local sales generating initiatives.
• Create social content supporting regional activities, experiences, innovations, new openings, and employee spotlights aligned to the social media team’s marketing and communications strategy.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate local marketing strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Present marketing initiatives, innovations, and report outs on prior initiatives during client meetings.
• Partner with the District Manager to support sales and profitability of product lines and services; analyze business developments and monitor market trends.
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and field operations to ensure field and client needs are met while adhering to Aramark standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of client marketing experience with a demonstrated record of success and effective performance.
• Experience or ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a clear, concise, and useful recommendation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel 30%.
