Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

Toney Health Insurance LLC is hiring an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative to join a fast-paced, in-office team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will interact with customers, promote products and services, and help strengthen brand awareness through consistent, customer-focused outreach.

The position is designed for early-career candidates, with hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to get started. Previous industry experience is not required.

Role Overview

• Promote products and services in an in-office, team environment.
• Deliver virtual product demonstrations to explain benefits to potential customers.
• Connect with customers to understand needs, answer questions, and address sales objections with confidence.
• Collect customer data during interactions to support marketing strategies and improve future outreach.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and building trust with clients.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively in person and over the phone.
• Strong data collection skills to record customer information and feedback accurately.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating compelling content for brand promotion.
• Technical proficiency with digital devices, social media tools, and basic computer applications used for client communication and data management.
• Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude during customer interactions.
