Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

A&R Enterprises is hiring an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative to join the on-site team in West Des Moines, IA. This early-career role focuses on connecting with potential customers, presenting products, and driving growth through outside sales, business development, and account management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about features and benefits, with opportunities to upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to implement campaigns that generate leads and raise brand awareness across multiple channels.
• Negotiate deals by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions aligned with company goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Requirements

• Strong interest in outside sales, business development, or marketing with a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated with a drive for success.
• Previous retail sales or direct sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
