Email Marketing Manager

SKO Compounds is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer peptide brand based in West Hollywood. We are seeking a data-driven Email Marketing Manager to own the email channel, build tracking and measurement systems, and optimize performance through clear, metric-driven insights. This is an on-site role in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Deeply learn current email flows, including sign-up, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and other automations, and understand how each one is configured.
• Build robust tracking by standing up systems that measure email performance and reveal what works and what doesn’t.
• Set up every required tracking and conversion point so nothing goes unmeasured.
• Continuously optimize emails by adjusting timing, frequency, and triggers based on the data you track.

Requirements

• Elite at data tracking and metrics. You understand email metrics cold — revenue per email, conversion rate, open and click rates, repeat-purchase rate, deliverability — and know how to set up and measure them.
• Proven DTC email experience. You’ve owned email for an eCommerce brand and driven real revenue from it.
• You set up tracking, not just read it. You can build conversion tracking and measurement points from scratch, correctly.
• Systems thinker. You can learn an existing setup, identify leaks, and fix them methodically.
• Metrics-driven decisions. You act based on data, not guesses.
• AI-fluent — you use AI in daily workflows for analysis, reporting, and segmentation.
• Bonus: experience with supplements, nutra, peptides, or CBD and the email deliverability challenges those bring.
