Director of Marketing and Business Development

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Executive Director and the team to ensure the sales and marketing process for Arbor Springs is effective.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business/Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum two (2) years experience in retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Sales experience (inside and outside) preferred.
• Strong commitment to proactive sales and marketing that supports community occupancy.
• Strong customer service track record with measurable results.
• Strong computer, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, with self-motivation and goal-focused execution.
• Honest, fair, dependable, and able to respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Experience: Caregiving (1 year preferred)
License/Certification: CPR Certification (preferred)
