You will shape and refine brand and marketing assets across the globe, collaborating with marketers, designers, and strategists to tell Spotify's story through production‑ready work. Responsibilities
- Create, adapt, and refine sales collateral, presentations, digital ads, landing pages, and other marketing assets that communicate Spotify Advertising’s story.
- Collaborate with designers, brand strategists, marketers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver assets that are on brand and on brief.
- Ensure every deliverable is production-ready and optimized for digital formats, responsive layouts, and diverse global markets.
- Uphold the Spotify visual identity while exploring innovative ways to express the brand across advertising touchpoints.
- Balance multiple deadlines while maintaining quality, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and inspiration to elevate the broader creative team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or visual communication, ideally within a creative agency, media company, or tech brand.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Motion skills with After Effects or similar are a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital formats, responsive design, and file optimization for web and mobile.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player who thrives on feedback and shared success.
- Passionate about visual storytelling and brand craft, from concept to pixel-perfect execution.
