Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing)

Spring Valley is hiring a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing) to serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families. In this onsite role in Springfield, OR, you will help communicate what makes the community distinct while building relationships that support occupancy and revenue goals.

What you’ll do

• Use the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain an active lead flow by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads to achieve required lead goals.
• Host and conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community.
• Build professional relationships and generate referrals across a range of contacts including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.
• Organize targeted special events on a monthly basis.
• Complete extensive competitor analysis and tour competitor communities regularly.
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in the healthcare industry such as assisted living or memory care.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A record of hitting or exceeding monthly and quarterly occupancy and move-in goals.
• Compassionate communication and the ability to represent the community in a positive, professional way.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to connect with staff, residents, and families while facilitating small-group presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of competitors and community sources.
• Innovative thinking and an ownership mindset to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule and job type

• Full Time
• Tuesday to Saturday
• Weekend availability required

Compensation and benefits

• USD 27 - 29 per hour
• $27.50 - $29.50/hour + commission potential (depending on experience)
