Responsibilities
- Help craft creative briefs under manager guidance to inspire breakthrough content from the in‑house agency, external agencies, and creator partners.
- Plan and execute brand-building and commerce-driven campaigns that boost buyers, guest visits, visit frequency, and transactions, aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign deliverables for market tests and commerce sprints, ensuring milestones are met on time and on budget, with coordinated timelines and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Provide project management support for larger production initiatives, including POP materials, out-of-home, social, and TVC shoots.
- Lead the development of training materials and execution tools for Operations to support nationwide promotions and strong in‑restaurant execution.
- Manage the campaign team's budget, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and overhead reconciliation within the annual allocation.
- Collaborate with teams and agencies to develop post-launch recaps (AARs or wrap reports) to document learnings for future promotions and share insights internally.
- Act as a cultural brand steward, translating guest insights and cultural moments into marketing opportunities under manager guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum five years of marketing and brand-related experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Successful completion of initial and periodic trainings as required
- Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment
