Bilingual Sales & marketing Assistant (English/Spanish)

Heritage Housing of Minden is hiring a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day growth efforts and help expand its Hispanic market presence across Louisiana. This is an in-person role in Minden, LA, working closely with the General Manager in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts daily sales and marketing operations.

You will combine bilingual communication with hands-on marketing support across key channels, including social media and potential radio and TV advertising assistance. If you value pace, clarity, and being part of leadership-facing day-to-day execution, this role offers a strong opportunity to contribute immediately.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow the company’s Hispanic presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace
• Create and respond to bilingual sales and marketing communications
• Assist with Hispanic radio efforts and support potential TV advertising
• Support daily sales and marketing operations with speed and accuracy

What you bring

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong social media skills, especially on Facebook and Facebook Marketplace
• Punctual, professional, and highly organized
• A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Comfort working directly with company leadership
