Job Description

Keller Williams Realty in Granby, CO is seeking an Adminstrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to support Real Estate Broker Sheila Bailey. This onsite role blends administrative tasks with marketing coordination, including data entry across multiple databases, lead communication, and related duties. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and a paid time off benefit as part of the package.

Location: 999 Village Road, Granby, CO 80446 (onsite)

Hours: Thursday through Monday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: Hourly wage from $15.00 to $25.00, with starting pay around $20.00 depending on experience

Reports to: Sheila Bailey

Responsibilities

  • Data entry for clients across multiple databases
  • Communicating with leads via email, phone, and in person
  • Answering emails and maintaining timely responses
  • Managing Buyer backlog
  • Data entry and tracking of expenses
  • Support Canva and Facebook Advertising initiatives

Requirements

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with email and web browsers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic computer troubleshooting
  • Preferred: familiarity with FlexMLS, RealGeeks, Boomtown, and Canva; some graphical design and basic photo editing
