Job Description

Coordinate customer experience and digital marketing activities for Good Ground Press, combining order processing, site management, and outreach campaigns in an onsite Saint Paul setting.

Job Details

Location: Saint Paul, MN (onsite)
Salary: USD 24 - 26 per hour
Education: Associate degree or higher
Experience: Minimum two years

Responsibilities

Process orders including fulfillment, billing, and payments
Establish and maintain strong customer relations through phone, email, website activity, and social media
Perform website maintenance and periodic updates
Maintain solid customer relationships; respond to calls, inquiries, and concerns with speed and professionalism
Accurately enter all orders into the database; generate invoices; record payments; prepare deposits through the finance department
Generate regular sales, website, and customer activity reports
Analyze sales trends, website traffic, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
Fulfill and manage all shipping and mailing via USPS and UPS
Inform customers of other Good Ground Press products
Maintain Good Ground Press website, post content, upload images, and organize pages and products
Monitor and analyze website, email, and social media performance; provide recommendations for improvement
Manage online store function
Continually update websites for sales and customer relationships
Plan, create, and execute all email campaigns via MailChimp
Coordinate and create content for social media
Serve as the primary contact with the web host, Tenseg

Requirements

Associate degree or higher
Minimum two years of website maintenance experience
Minimum two years of digital marketing and selling experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency with WordPress
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms
Proficiency with other website management and digital marketing tools
