Job Description

The Marketing and Sales Assistant role is based on site in Madison and supports website management, advertising, vendor coordination, marketing materials, and leasing activities, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

Oversee updates to the company website and online forms using Squarespace and JotForm
Manage and optimize listings on third party advertising platforms such as Apartments.com and Zillow
Coordinate with vendors to plan and conduct property photoshoots
Produce, order, and manage marketing materials including posters, flyers, and outdoor signage
Support administrative tasks as assigned by the Marketing and Sales Manager
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
Lead property tours and assist with leasing to prospective residents on occasional Saturday shifts

Requirements

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
Dependable, responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative
Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Upbeat, personable demeanor and strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google My Business
Punctual with a reliable attendance record
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily use
High school diploma required
