The Marketing Specialist supports the Sports + Entertainment group with internal communications and event planning, partnering with marketing leadership and executive administration to deliver communications, coordinate multiple annual internal events, and foster team engagement.

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver ongoing internal communications to drive engagement across all operating group levels, aligning messaging and timing with broader business priorities
- Coordinate team-building events and related communications
- Maintain oversight of intranet site updates, ensuring content accuracy and timeliness
- Write, edit, and design group-wide communications such as newsletters, announcements, updates, and leadership messages
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to craft engaging storytelling across multiple mediums
- Evaluate the impact of communications initiatives and report findings to senior management
- Partner with executive administration to plan, organize, and execute several annual internal events
- Develop and produce event assets and materials, including PowerPoint presentations and visual content, name tags, signage, printed materials, swag coordination and ordering, digital graphics, and promotional materials; video content for event presentations (preferred)
- Coordinate event related team communications, including running preparation meetings with stakeholders and distributing/tracking status lists and action items
- Manage event timelines and deliverable schedules, ensuring cross-functional alignment and adjusting timelines to accommodate pursuit deadlines and executive availability
- Maintain efficient marketing processes, record-keeping systems, and digital asset management to provide quick access to accurate, up-to-date pursuit-related materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal communications and event materials
- Proactively update and maintain evergreen templates and resources
- Leverage technology resources to enhance productivity and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in communications, marketing, or event coordination, including content creation in a business setting
- Proven execution of internal communications campaigns with measurable results
- Experience coordinating multiple large-scale events simultaneously preferred
- B2B or corporate services industry experience preferred
