Job Description

The Silbernagel Group seeks a proactive coordinator to drive business development and marketing initiatives for a financial advisery practice in a hybrid role based in Kewaskum, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute business development events, overseeing timelines, sponsor coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-ups to ensure a polished attendee experience
Administer calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and inbox communications for the Visionary, Integrator, and Business Development Lead
Oversee project management with outsourced service partners, leads, and COIs to maintain a consistent client experience
Implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
Coordinate communications and logistics for monthly educational webinars and the firm podcast
Create and refresh marketing materials while enforcing brand consistency
Support AI and efficiency initiatives by researching tools and assisting with automation, agent development, and system improvements

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in an office, administrative, marketing, or executive assistant role
