Job Description

Senior Marketing & Proposal Specialist focused on preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for program management services, coordinating internal and external marketing information, based in Greater Landover, MD with hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

Develop public sector responses and presentations for new business development, aligning with branding and messaging while meeting RFP and RFI requirements.
Review internal and external collateral, proofread and edit content, ensure proper branding, and approve final materials for distribution.
Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies across teams and projects.
Support local office leadership in creating marketing materials as needed.
Maintain the marketing library of boilerplate proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials.
Provide quality control for deliverables, ensuring appropriate branding, content, and formatting.
Oversee production for deliverables and manage timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; InDesign experience required; Deltek Vision experience preferred.
Knowledge of the A/E/C industry required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university and 5 to 10 years of related experience and/or training.
Experience supporting proposal efforts in the A/E/C industry strongly preferred.
Experience with InDesign required.
Experience with Deltek Vision preferred.
Experience developing social media content is a plus.
Federal proposal experience with SF330 forms is a plus.
