Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate proposals, statements of qualifications, and related marketing materials for professional services
Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex concepts into clear written and graphic content, ensuring compliance with client and agency requirements
Assist with and, where appropriate, lead the development of marketing collateral
Maintain and enhance BD department resources
Provide proofreading, editing, quality control, and other assigned tasks

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience; a BS degree or equivalent in Communications, Business/Marketing, Graphic Design, English, Literature, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of experience and training
Experience using graphic design and layout tools to develop marketing and BD materials
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Deltek Vision is preferred
Strong planning, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Technologies

Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign
Microsoft Office Suite
Deltek Vision (preferred)

Compensation

Pay Range: $25.00 – $36.06 per hour. Tectonic’s goal is to compensate fairly across positions. The advertised range represents a good faith estimate of the likely pay; the final offer may fall outside this range based on location, experience, education, certifications, and capabilities.

The role requires sustaining a stationary position and handling documents, materials, and equipment to complete tasks, sometimes repetitively
Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets and office machinery
May exert up to 15 pounds of force occasionally
