Job Description

MAG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced dealership team in Chillicothe, MO (onsite). This role supports day-to-day marketing needs while also helping with core IT operations, giving the right candidate hands-on experience across multiple departments.

The position blends campaign execution, digital content updates, and basic technology support to keep dealership channels and internal tools running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist with social media posting across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
Create and upload website inventory descriptions
Update vehicle photos and marketing graphics
Support email campaigns and dealership promotions
Monitor online reviews and help with responses
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Provide basic troubleshooting for printers, phones, and workstations
Assist with user account setup for tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, and DMS
Support internal software platforms including CRM, inventory tools, and vendor systems
Help maintain organized digital files and documentation
Assist with event setup and dealership promotions
Manage marketing materials and supplies
Complete special projects as assigned

Requirements

2+ years of experience
Strong computer skills and comfort working with technology
Experience using social media platforms
Organized, detail-oriented approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Strong communication skills
Positive, team-focused attitude
Marketing, IT, or business background preferred (but not required)
