Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and social media
- Guide potential clients through training, boarding, daycare, and grooming services
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Manage and update customer information within CRM systems
- Create and manage workflows, automations, and drip campaigns
- Assist with social media engagement and online communication
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach efforts
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and client notes
- Collaborate with trainers and management to ensure excellent client service
Requirements

Training & Growth Opportunity
This position begins by partnering with our existing full-time Sales Coordinator while you complete comprehensive training. You will learn our systems, services, sales process, client communication standards, and marketing platforms. As training progresses, you will join the sales and client relations team, sharing responsibility for lead management, client communication, sales, follow-up systems, and customer experience. The goal is to expand our use of Go High Level, automation, workflows, social media marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives, with room to grow as you develop new skills.
