Job Description

Carriage Crossing Senior Living of Champaign, located in Champaign, Illinois, seeks a Marketing and Sales Director to lead the community's marketing and sales program on site. Responsibilities

Aligns marketing and sales efforts by developing and executing strategies that generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive revenue through integrated campaigns and outreach.
Provides personalized tours for prospective residents and families, delivering a warm and memorable experience that reflects compassionate, high-quality care.
Executes follow-up plans to nurture inquiries and address questions promptly.
Oversees the CRM to maintain leads, track follow-ups, and optimize sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

Associate degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Three or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
Experience in assisted or supportive living preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong closing abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Job Description

A dual role providing sales and marketing coordination plus executive administrative support to the President, onsite in Champaign, IL.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales programs.
Coordinate trade shows, networking events, client meetings, and marketing presentations.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems and prepare sales reports.
