Job Description

Silver Birch Living is opening an affordable assisted living community in Bedford Heights, and the Sales & Marketing Director will lead the launch and ongoing market presence. The role centers on shaping the lease-up strategy, driving occupancy, and building a trusted reputation within the local market. It requires hands-on leadership to educate families, cultivate partnerships, and welcome residents into a new place to call home.

Responsibilities

Lead the initial lease-up effort and sustain occupancy growth over time
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies
Cultivate referral partnerships and broaden professional networks
Educate families, prospects, and partners about the value proposition of affordable assisted living
Host tours, presentations, and community events that build trust and generate enthusiasm
Represent the organization with passion, professionalism, and purpose
Track performance metrics and refine strategies to hit and surpass occupancy targets
Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to maintain a resident-first sales approach

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales success in senior living (preferred) or healthcare
Demonstrated track record in lease-up and occupancy growth
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Customer-service oriented with a resident-advocate mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
