Settlement Officer & Marketing Representative

Broadview Title is seeking a Settlement Officer & Marketing Representative to help move real estate deals from initial file opening through to finalized settlement disbursement. In this onsite role in Bel Air, MD, you will balance deal origination, daily coordination across clients and partners, and careful settlement processing to support consistent service outcomes.

If you have experience conducting settlements and enjoy client-facing communication, this position combines relationship building with transaction execution in a fast-paced office.

Role Summary

In this position, you will originate deals and manage settlement transactions from file opening through successful completion of settlement disbursement. The role also includes daily client and industry communication, with responsibility for resolving client complaints in a timely, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Market to realtors, builders, investors, and loan officers.
• Originate settlements and work toward monthly settlement goals.
• Provide daily communication with clients, realtors, lenders, lawyers, vendors, and team members.
• Meet clients who visit the office and conduct settlements.
• Resolve client complaints quickly, maintaining a calm and professional approach.

Qualifications

• Prior Sales Experience Required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a settlement officer with experience processing settlements in the state of Maryland.
• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university, or acceptable work experience from a law office or title company.
• A proven record of conducting settlements.
• Experience interacting with clients on a regular basis and delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented and professional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Salary: USD 55,000 - 70,000 per yearly
