Retail Staff - Marketing & Promotions Support

Full-time, in-person Marketing & Promotions Support role in Hodgkins, IL with Emergent Executives Inc. This position supports national clients through face-to-face customer engagement in a big-box retail environment, with the chance to build marketable experience, grow into leadership, and earn based on performance. Pay includes a weekly guaranteed base of $750–$1,100/week plus uncapped commission, along with paid training and a flexible schedule.

What you’ll do

You will learn the fundamentals of face-to-face marketing and direct sales while representing national clients inside the store. The work is focused on building customer relationships, presenting service options clearly, and supporting brand awareness through on-site promotional activity.

• Learn face-to-face marketing and direct sales fundamentals
• Represent national clients (including AT&T) inside big-box retail stores
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through service options
• Support promotional events, brand awareness campaigns, and lead generation
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals in a high-traffic retail setting
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to develop leadership skills

As part of the schedule, there are company meetings three times per week at HQ in Oak Brook.

Compensation and employment details

• Pay: $36,400–$48,000 per year
