Retail Sales & Marketing Trainee

Intrepid Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Retail Sales & Marketing Trainee in Philadelphia, PA to build practical skills in retail sales, customer engagement, marketing support, and leadership, while assisting with daily store operations.

Role Overview

This onsite role focuses on developing your sales, marketing, and leadership capabilities through company-provided training. You will support customer acquisition efforts by engaging external customers at the retail store and assisting with marketing and sales activities tied to new client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the company
• Engage in retail sales of services to new customers
• Manage external customer needs at the retail store
• Support new acquisition for retail clients
• Develop stronger marketing, sales, and leadership skills through role execution and training

Compensation and Employment

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite)
• Weekly Compensation: USD 800 - 1,200 per week
